What you get in each plan — line by line.
Pick the row that matters most to you and start there.
What's in the box, every time.
These aren't add-ons. They ship with every tier — because a safety system you can't trust on day one isn't a safety system.
2-week pilot
Appliance in your rack, your cameras, your site. Go / no-go decision in 14 days.
On-site installation & tuning
Our engineers rack the box, wire it to your VLAN, and tune detections to your floor.
Custom model training
We fine-tune on frames from your site so your uniforms, lighting, and angles drive precision.
Hardware + 3-yr warranty
Appliance shipped, owned by you, covered three years. Next-business-day replacement.
Questions buyers actually ask.
Short answers. If you want the long version, book a call.
Why per-site instead of per-camera?
Because camera counts grow. Per-camera pricing punishes the customers who succeed. Per-site keeps your bill predictable when you add the 37th camera to Bay C at 2 a.m.
What if we have more than 100 cameras per site?
Scale tier covers one NAO-A100 appliance. For higher counts we cluster two or more appliances — handled on Enterprise with an HA configuration and a single dashboard.
Can we use our own hardware?
On Enterprise, yes. We'll validate your spec, ship a signed OS image, and support it under the same SLA. Starter and Scale ship on NAO-branded 1U appliances.
How long does rollout take?
Pilot in 2 weeks. Full site rollout, including rule authoring and operator training, typically 4–6 weeks from PO. Multi-site deployments run in parallel waves.
Do you offer a pilot?
Yes. 2 weeks, one appliance, up to 20 cameras, two detection classes. Fixed fee, fully credited toward an annual license if you move forward.
Is the appliance sold or leased?
Sold. It's yours, racked in your DC, behind your firewall. The annual license covers software, updates, tuning, and support. If you leave, the box is still yours.
