We build the safety system we'd want on our own factory floor.
Fenec Labs started in a Barcelona workshop in 2024, between an industrial engineer tired of Monday-morning PPE walkarounds and a computer-vision researcher who'd spent years making robots see. We were trying to solve the same problem from opposite ends. We're still at it.
Redesign the system, not the worker.
Every workplace incident is a system failure. Systems can be redesigned.
Safety teams already know where the risks are. What they're missing is a pair of eyes that never blinks, never gets tired of checking, and never asks a worker to be their own enforcement layer. That's the job we built NAO to do.
We run on the cameras and the network you already own. Video stays on your site, rules stay under your control, and every alert ties back to a frame you can audit. Boring, in the best way.
Three people. One problem.
We are a small, focused team at the intersection of computer vision, industrial operations, and a healthy skepticism about demos.
