These Terms govern use of www.feneclabs.com and any demo or pilot services provided by Fenec Labs S.L.

Full commercial terms are being drafted with legal counsel and will be published before any commercial pilot begins.

Fenec Labs provides on-premise AI video-analytics appliances for workplace safety monitoring. Product access is governed by a separate customer agreement.

Software, firmware, models, and documentation provided by Fenec Labs are proprietary and protected by copyright.

Customer data processed on-appliance remains the property of the customer.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Use the product beyond workplace safety purposes.
• Use the product where AI-based workplace monitoring is prohibited without the required compliance steps.

Liability provisions will be completed by legal counsel.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Spain, subject to counsel confirmation.
