These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the www.feneclabs.com website and any demo or pilot services provided by Fenec Labs S.L. (“Fenec Labs”).

Full terms are being drafted with legal counsel and will be published before any commercial pilot begins. The skeleton below indicates the areas they will cover.

Fenec Labs provides on-premise AI video-analytics appliances for workplace safety monitoring. Access to the product is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed between Fenec Labs and the customer.

All software, firmware, models, and documentation provided by Fenec Labs are proprietary and protected by copyright. © 2026 Fenec Labs S.L. All rights reserved.

Customer data processed on-appliance remains the property of the customer. Fenec Labs does not acquire any rights over customer footage or derived data.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Use the product to process data for purposes beyond workplace safety.
• Use the product in any jurisdiction where AI-based workplace monitoring is prohibited without additional regulatory compliance steps.

Liability provisions to be completed by legal counsel.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
