Fenec Labs S.L. (“Fenec Labs”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website (www.feneclabs.com).

2. Data we collect on this website
This website collects only the minimum data necessary to operate the demo request form and measure aggregate site traffic.
- Demo request form: name, work email, company name, job role, approximate camera count, use-case selection, and optional notes. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — responding to a genuine business enquiry.
- Analytics: if cookie consent is granted, anonymised page-view and event data is processed by Plausible Analytics (EU-hosted, no personal data transmitted). Lawful basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Error monitoring: if enabled, anonymised error traces may be sent to Sentry Inc. (US). PII (email addresses, IP addresses) is scrubbed before transmission. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to demo requests and schedule calls.
- To understand aggregate traffic patterns on the website.
- To diagnose and fix technical errors.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
4. Retention
- Demo request submissions are retained for up to a period to be confirmed from the date of last contact.
- Analytics data is retained for 12 months on Plausible's EU servers.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access personal data we hold about you (Art. 15).
- Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16).
- Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) (Art. 17).
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18).
