On-premise product
The Fenec Labs appliance processes customer data entirely on-site. Video, inference results, events, and audit logs do not leave the customer's network during normal operation. There are no subprocessors for the on-premise product.
Zero cloud subprocessors for the appliance product.
Optional OTA update checks make a single outbound HTTPS request for firmware version numbers. No personal data is transmitted.
