On-premise product
The NAO appliance (NAO-A20 and NAO-A100) processes all customer data entirely on-site. Video, inference results, events, and audit logs never leave the customer's network during normal operation. There are no sub-processors for the on-premise product.
Zero cloud sub-processors for the appliance product.
Optional OTA update checks make a single outbound HTTPS request to check for firmware version numbers. No personal data is transmitted in this request.

Notification of changes
We will provide at least 30 days' prior notice of any new sub-processor or material change to existing processors. Customer DPOs may object to new processors within that window.
